Hollow Alumina sphere bricks are sintered at high temperture after molding using hollow alumina sphere, corundum powder，and calcinedpowders mixed in definite proportion as raw material. The products have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation, good chemical stability (acid-base erosion resistance ), low bulk density (lighter than the same kind of material ,thin kiln wall, low cost ) . They are widely used in inner linings of various non-contacted melt high temperature kiln and thermal insulating layers of high temperature kilns.
